WHAT YOU’LL LEARN
Learn to create construction project schedules and holding Superintendents accountable for following project schedules
Learn the procurement of subcontractors and developing scopes of work for assigned construction projects
Learn to project costs through invoicing
Periodically attend job site meetings Safety/Progress Meetings ensure all parties are properly informed and have the necessary tools to perform their work
Learn how to recommend alternative methods of construction to meet budget parameters while maintaining high quality standards
REQUIREMENTS
No college or technical degrees needed
Willingness to work hard to get projects completed
Ability to lift materials or packages
Basic knowledge of construction methods and materials
