The Total Average Hourly Compensation includes hourly base, discretionary tips, and bonus pay
Requirements:
- Valid State of North Carolina Cosmetologist or Barber License
- Superior client service and communication skills
- At least one year of salon or barbershop experience
- Men's cutting experience is a plus
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to pay attention to detail and work in a fast-paced environment
