high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
Valid in state- driver's license and automobile insurance
Bilingual in spanish is a plus to cater to a diverse custumer base, not required.
Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries or orders
- Utilize effective sales techniques to meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with inventory management and restocking merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals
Skills:
- Strong sales skills with the ability to persuade and close deals
