Position Overview:

The Business Development Manager will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s long-term growth strategy. This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic outreach

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders

Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with company goals

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals

Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align business development efforts

Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement

Negotiate contracts and close deals that meet revenue targets

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)

Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related role

Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape

Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Ability to think strategically and drive results independently

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
