We are currently looking for a talented individual to join our team in the role of Account Executive, which is a remote telesales role. You will be required to make outbound calls to qualified leads to sell our Advisory Services.
Our Advisory Service provides realtors (that are already successful) with actual buyers & sellers that they would, otherwise, never be able to acquire without our Advisory Services.
We help top agents grow their brand even further. But we do it in a way that is extremely unique. The fulfillment of our service is very specific. There is no other service like ours available to real estate agents. We are one-of-one.
How We Work:
This is a full-time remote position. The successful candidate will excel in the area of telesales with realtors to generate revenue via telephone and Zoom.
What you'll do:
Sell our Advisory Services to top real estate agents. This is achieved by cold calling qualified leads to set your own appointments. Then closing clients during your appointments via Zoom.
Consistently achieve performance goals
Engage with prospective clients to educate them on our solutions and communicate the value of our solutions
Generate revenue through mainly outbound telesales, engaging with realtors and getting them to commit to our Advisory Services
Qualifications:
3+ years' experience and proven success in tele-sales (cold calling experience is required)
Full-cycle sales experience (required). This means that you have experience in cold calling leads to set your own appointments. Then closing clients during your appointments via Zoom (or a similar virtual meeting platform).
Experience selling to real estate agents (highly preferred)
Experience with a $10K-30K+ Average Selling Price (highly preferred)
Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Experience with CRM platforms, with strong computer skills and the ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously.
Experience making sales calls/presentations via Zoom or similar virtual meeting platforms
Exudes confidence on the telephone and Zoom and is unafraid to ask questions, offer suggestions and solutions while anticipating their customers' needs
Must have the ability to maintain a positive and 'solution minded' mindset when faced with challenges, obstacles, and objections from prospective customers.
Strong accountability mentality, taking responsibility for outcomes, and holding yourself to high standards
Self-starter, competitive, results-driven mindset.
What we Offer:
Base salary of $50,000 with On Target Earnings of $200,000. Top performers make over $350,000!
