Piper Companies is currently seeking an experienced Statistical Scientist to join a well-established, global Biostatistics & E-Clinical Services clinical research organization focused on improving the drug development process and clinical trial design.
Responsibilities of the Senior Scientist - Statistics:- Team Oversight; leading complex studies and submissions (FDA/EMA)
- Provide expertise in experimental study design, validation and other design methods
- Oversee the development of protocols, analysis plans, statistical sections of reports, and the review of CRFs
- Lead the development process and statistical discussions for new projects and clients
- Communicate with clients regarding study protocols, statistical analyses and updates
- 5+ years of industry lead experience required
- Experience with experimental design, adaptive design, & other complex statistical methods within clinical trials
- Experience serving as the main point of contact for clients and business development
- Advanced degree (MS or PHD) in statistics or closely related field
- Salary Range: $160,000-$180,000 based on experience, plus annual bonus
