Job Duties include but are not limited to:
-Provide technical assistance remotely or at customer sites for existing customer base
-Resolve and track all help desk support issues in a timely manner
- Desktop/Laptop Hardware and software trobleshooting
- Wifi Installation and trobleshooting
-Routine management of systems and networks
Maintain documentation of work performed
-Participate in regular team and staff meetings
Job Requirements include but are not limited to:
-Effective interpersonal skills and relationship-building skills
-Demonstrated high degree of professionalism & responsibility/dependability
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Sound technical background in the areas related to help desk management, product support and customer service
-Analytic and problem-solving abilities
-Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
-Strong customer service focus and ability to work with end users in a non-technical fashion to resolve their needs
-Ability to handle multiple tasks in an organized and timely manner
-Ability to analyze and resolve problems according to established priorities
