About Showdigs
Showdigs is a software platform that pays licensed real estate agents to show rental properties, complete condition reports, and take marketing photos for local property managers on a pay-per-activity basis. Showdigs is not a real estate brokerage, our software is a tool for real estate agents to earn reliable supplemental income around their busy schedule!
Role Description
This is a contract role based in the Raleigh-Durham metro area. Showdigs Agents receive tour requests directly through our smartphone app — you can accept or ignore these requests based on your schedule. We require all applicants to complete an online onboarding course and background check in order to join the Showdigs Agent Network.
Role Qualifications
- Active North Carolina real estate license hung under a brokerage
- Reliable transportation to property showings
- Knowledge of local neighborhoods
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
Compensation
$25 per thirty-minute property showing
$40 to $90 per condition/move-in/move-out report based on the size and location of the property
