We are urgently seeking experienced Property Preservation Vendors in all over North Carolina, especially in Orange County Person County, Wake County, Granville County, Chatham County, Franklin County, Nash County, Johnston County, Harnett County, Lee County, and surrounding areas.

- Drywall
- Winterization
- Roof & Gutters
- Fence Repair
- Interior & Exterior Handyman Services
- Lawn-care
- Minor Plumbing and Repair
Must have requirements:
- Familiar with the PPW (Property Pres Wizard) Mobile App
- Must be able to take detailed photographs as per instruction.
- Ability to bid on all damages at the property.
- Lawn equipment: mower, weed eater, edge trimmer, blower, etc.
Payment:
-We pay on the following Monday 7 working days from the submission of a work order with sufficient photos, bids, and information that is required by our clients
Note: We pay an additional amount for OUT OF AREA coverage and RUSH work order.
