Client Care Assistant Administrator

We are adding an administrative assistant to handle our every hustle and bustle of our real estate business. This role requires excellent people skills and enjoy working with people.

Monday - Friday 9:30AM - 4:00PM. Sat to 1PM in busy season. Some flexibility is possible but please do not apply if you are not available daily.

The right person will be extremely organized, have very driven to-do lists, and follow up on items until completion. Must be SELF-MOTIVATED with very little oversight. Must be able to interact with clients professionally and deliver excellent customer service. Must have no fear in picking up the phone and must be resourceful enough to figure out the answer to things without hand-holding. This job will not require any sales; however business development and customer service are paramount. Real estate experience is ideal but not necessary. If you have a real estate license but are not interested in doing sales, then this is the job for you.

- Handling emails and scheduling appointments for office staff

- Marketing for the team, the homes, and brand awareness

- Answering calls and directing calls

- Weekly email and or phone updates to clients

- Data entry, updating Google documents

- Electronic Filing

- Building folders and preparing presentation materials

- Preparing, stuffing, stamping, and addressing bulk mailers

- Occasional errands and deliveries required- We have our own vehicles.

- Update social media

- Transaction tracking and paperwork management from first contact to closing

Qualified candidate must be proficient with Google Suites and drive.
