PT Office Coordinator aka "Chief of Stuff

We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-loving Office Coordinator to join our small (but global) team. If you love checklists, precision packing, and organizing chaos into calm, this might be for you!

What You’ll Do:

Pack and assemble training kits with care (Tetris pros welcome)

Manage all aspects of domestic & international shipping for training kits

Coordinate with vendors for printing and delivery deadlines (more shipping)

Inventory management & keep stock organized

Help with basic invoicing, billing, and office tasks

Communications with clients and distributors

Proactively support other business initiatives

We need someone who’s curious, resourceful, and ready to wear many hats. (must like hats!)

If you enjoy figuring things out, streamlining what’s outdated, and pitching in wherever needed—you’ll fit right in!

Has 2–4 years in logistics, admin, or supply chain

Can lift 50–70 lbs (kinda important)

Is organized, proactive, and thrives solo

Can flex between in-office tasks & remote coordination

Bonus points for experience with international shipping, bookkeeping, and/or event logistics
