M-F. 7:45am-4pm30 min lunch

Required 3 years office experience -Excel, Microsoft word, attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, inventory,

FRIENDLY and courteous personality, team player, filing , excellent communication skills

$19 hourly training-afterwards $20-$21 hourly pay

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing calendars, and assisting with various office tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings

- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department

- Answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries

- Provide customer service and support to clients

- Assist with proofreading documents and correspondence

- Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry

- Maintain office supplies and inventory

- Assist with special projects as assigned

Skills:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Experience working in an office environment preferred

- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

- Familiarity with phone systems and basic troubleshooting

- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
