Small Used Car Dealership now accepting resumes for a front Office Administrator. Hours are Monday - Friday from 9AM - 5PM. NO WEEKENDS.
Duties Include:
- Answering phones
- Scheduling vehicles for repair, detail, and inspections
- Printing out sales leads
- Ordering parts
- Filing
- Keeping accurate records of where all vehicle are located. (example: shops, detailers, etc.)
- Contacting customers regarding payments, etc.
- Verifying insurance
- Completing new vehicle checklist for retail vehicles
- Dispatching drivers
- Printing out End of Day reports
- Checking vehicles on the lot for appropriate stickers
Qualified applicants should possess the following skills:
- Personable and have a great attitude. This person will be the face of the business. They will be the first person customers will meet.
- 3+ years of Office Administration or Customer Service preferred
- Dependable. We are a small office so everyone's role is super important. If you have obligations that require you to miss work often, please do not apply.
