2nd shift 3 PM – 11:30 PM | Monday thru Friday (overtime may be required)
3rd shift 11 PM – 7:30 AM | Sunday thru Thursday (overtime may be required)
Hybrid 11 AM – 8:30 PM | TBD
ROLE OVERVIEW
Our client, a global environmental technology leader, is seeking a Production Assistant to join their Manufacturing and Operations Team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about achieving operational goals focusing on safety, quality, and environmental impacts. The primary responsibilities include material assembly, equipment operation, and decision-making based on gathered information.
COMPENSATION & ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hourly: $18
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assemble material and operate equipment safely and efficiently.
Measure, assemble materials, apply chemicals, and transport materials with precision.
Verify solutions, materials, and finished product criteria.
Maintain process specifications and inspect product for quality.
Record process data accurately and make decisions based on gathered information.
Communicate issues with product, processes, and data to supervisors.
Additional duties may include mixing materials, operating machinery, and preparing catalysts.
EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Manufacturing/Industrial or closely related experience.
Knowledge of general plant safety.
Good math and written communication skills.
Forklift experience preferred - Operate forklift and overhead crane safely.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
The ability to work effectively while exposed to Mechanical noise, dusty work environment, and varying temperatures.
Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry varying weights.
Standing for extended periods Walking, stooping, bending, crouching, twisting, climbing, and kneeling.
