Capital Cabaret is now hiring for a social media manger/marketing coordinator! You must be completely okay working in this type of environment. You must be outgoing and not afraid to step outside of the box. Must be 21+
In this role, you will be working as a team with our current social media and marketing coordinator.
Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with our current social media manger to ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms
-Must be organized and detail oriented
-Must have great communication skills
-Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms
-Develop social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
-Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize performance
-Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools and practices
-Must be able to attend our events and parties for real time content
-Must be able to assist with party planning and decorating
-Must be able to assist with in person recruiting for our ambassador program
-Must be able to upsell products inside our establishment and able to book parties (bonuses available for bookings)
-Must have excellent knowledge of social media platforms including tik-tok, instagram and Facebook
-Must have excellent knowledge with using canva
-Must be able to assist with all photo shoots for our staff
-Graphic Design
-Advertising
