Growing law firm is seeking a part-time marketing assistant, who is a college student or MBA candidate looking for 5 to 10 hours of part-time work per work, with the potential for more hours as both the firm and the role grow. Some work could be done remotely and some requires an on-site presence. Work would include, but is not limited to:
Re-posting blogs from copywriter with relevant image on blogger/SM and repurpose to articles for HARO or other media outlets
Setting up and managing MeetEdgar for SM posts
Writing SM posts (for posting 2 a day, 7 days a week) based on blog posts (old and new), quotes and national days relevant to the target audience
Sourcing images, cropping and branding for all platforms
Managing engagement on all SM platforms
Finding and booking speaking engagements
Tracking marketing metrics
Using Excel and Zapier to integrate reports coming from various software
Planning and setting up in office events
Creating direct mail campaign strategy, design, management and execution
Building drip campaigns in CRM
Developing and executing free offers and other online marketing initiatives
Funnel tech set up and management (Leadpages or ClickFunnels or such) for webinars
Other activities to assist the Director of Marketing/Owner on a PRN basis
