Position: Marketing Strategist and Account Executive

Evolve, Inc. is currently searching for a Marketing Strategist and Account Executive to join our team. Candidate must have at least 5 years experience managing the marketing of a company of at least 4 million in annual revenue or possess a BSBA in marketing or an MBA. Prior experience as a marketing director or advertising agency experience strongly preferred and the ability to develop short and medium range marketing plans and recommendations is essential. Must demonstrate knowledge of current digital and traditional marketing media and be able to communicate well in person, in writing, and with co-workers.

Successful Account Executives with Evolve will:

- Be the primary point of contact between the agency and clients.

- Prepare marketing plans and present them to clients, the account executive is also responsible for carrying out the plan on a daily basis.

- Meet regularly with departments to coordinate agency efforts on behalf of assigned clients/accounts.

- Receive client briefings then quickly and accurately relay work orders to all appropriate agency personnel.

- Effectively present, sell and defend all agency work/proposals to clients; support other client service team members in these functions.

- Keep apprised of clients' brands/products/services/marketing developments.

- Prepare client invoices, proposals, marketing/media/public relations planning.

- Regularly check for and respond promptly to all client communications, including calls, faxes text messages and emails.

- Coordinate with interactive team to ensure traditional/interactive synthesis of marketing efforts.

- Check and approve creative/production materials, copy, layouts, production art, and coordinate client approval of same.

- Assist in collection of overdue accounts receivable.

- Coordinate project timing and budgets with all relevant agency personnel.

- Actively seek additional projects/new business from client contacts.
