The Marketing and Community Liaison fosters relationships between our organization and the community for referral generation and collaborative partnerships. This position involves developing and implementing outreach strategies to promote our services, enhance community engagement, and drive awareness of our initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for building connections within the mental health community.

Duties

Develop and maintain relationships with local behavioral health providers, community organizations, and referral sources to create a consistent flow of referrals

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote community programs and services

Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline outreach efforts and track engagement

Conduct research to identify community needs and opportunities for collaboration

Manage social media marketing campaigns to enhance visibility and engagement

Create compelling email marketing content to inform the community about events and initiatives

Collaborate with local businesses and organizations to establish partnerships that benefit the community

Monitor advertising effectiveness, including SEO strategies, to optimize outreach efforts

Provide regular reports on community engagement metrics and program outcomes

Requirements:

Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on social media marketing, email marketing, or advertising.

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and HTML is a plus

Strong research skills with the ability to analyze data and trends

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on relationship-building

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously

A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to adapt strategies as needed

The ideal candidate has a background in mental/behavioral health and is comfortable both networking with community partners and directly engaging with potential clients to drive growth

Will work closely with admin staff and track data for ROI
