Brock Contract Services is currently seeking an experienced, trustworthy, hardworking Epoxy/Resinous Flooring Foreman to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Lead a crew of 5-15 people to prep concrete substrate, apply resinous flooring materials or install
polished / sealed concrete flooring for commercial flooring projects
Manage resources to perform jobs independently
Perform project management tasks including timekeeping, daily reporting and more as needed
Maintain job site safety by following company policies, guidelines and procedures for handling and
disposing of hazardous chemicals and waste and wearing of Personal Protection Equipment
Manage and safely operate proper equipment care
Requirements:
5+ years of epoxy flooring experience
Bilingual abilities beneficial
Prior Foreman or construction management experience preferred
Able to install all types of epoxy flooring, polished concrete, grind and seals and other types of
concrete work
Excellent communication skills. capable of working with customers and providing great customer
services
Able to be on your feet for long periods of time
Able to lift and carry equipment that weighs 50 pounds. Position may require the ability to move
bulky items
Able to work under respiratory protection
Must possess valid Driver’s License
