Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Part-Time Maintenance / Janitorial Associate for a location in downtown Durham, NC.
Pay: $17.00 / Hour
Schedule:
Monday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Thursday: OFF
Friday: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Saturday: On-Call
Sunday: OFF
Responsibilities Include:
Cleaning and custodial duties for an office building.
Washing walls and cleaning carpets.
Refinishing hard surfaces.
Cleaning ductwork.
Assist with identifying and scheduling major maintenance projects.
Maintain cleanliness of tools and equipment.
Keep inventory of paper products, cleaning supplies, and light bulbs.
Regularly check for inoperative light bulbs, and replace as needed.
Repair or replace door hardware and/or locking mechanisms.
Desired Qualifications:
MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE
Ability to frequently climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Must have specific vision abilities that include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to judge distance.
