Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Durham, NC
Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:45 AM - 3:30 PM
Hours: 40 per week
Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Hire
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Overview:
Inova Staffing seeks a Maintenance Technician with warehouse maintenance and mechanical experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee warehouse functions
Perform preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance on machinery
Maintain and repair forklifts and box trucks
Conduct brake changes, oil changes, and motor repairs
Keep detailed records of work performed
Organize and clean repair tools and supplies
Requirements:
1-3 years experience with box trucks, forklifts, conveyors
1-3 years in trade skills (plumbing, electrical, mechanical)
Welding, OSHA, Electrical, Hydraulic certifications a plus
Ability to work independently
Strong communication skills
Lift up to 50 pounds
