Maintenance Technician
General Hours: 8am-5pm Monday through Friday Full Time / Part Time
Off Weekends and Holidays
Pay Range: $18-$25 Depending on Experience and Skill Set
Meet daily with Facilities Manager to communicate and manage the workflow of all make readies, service repairs and special projects.
Accepts service requests from work order log and completes quickly and thoroughly. Maintain positive customer service and “can do” attitude at all times.
MAINTENANCE and SAFETY
Complete all needed repairs and improvements.
Assists with all preventative maintenance as well as “special projects” as needed.
Be able to troubleshoot and have a knack for solving problems.
Must be able to lift 50lbs regularly.
Must have reliable transportation to get to work with a valid driver’s license (work truck provided while going between our properties.
Drug test and background check required.
Must be able to work indoors and outdoors. Each day will be different as there will be a wide range of duties.
Renovation experience preferred.
Touch-up paint, assist in maintaining the grounds, common areas by picking up trash, blowing off parking lot, and performing general cleaning as needed.
