We are an apartment management company searching for a self-motivated Maintenance Tech who has basic electrical and plumbing skills. Experience with the turnover of rental units is a plus. The applicant must have good transportation and live in the Zebulon area. Mileage will be paid for use of personal vehicle.
This is a part-time job with preferred work days of Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
