This is a unique job Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings; keeping a large clubhouse/apartment community office/amenities/halls clean.
Mondays would be a deep cleaning of the offices and all common areas
Wednesdays would be a touchup of everything done on Monday, plus vacuuming three of four large hallways; polishing elevators.
Fridays would be heavy touchup/clean of all common areas and the office again, plus one hallway and elevators.
Every visit would include sweeping four stairs in a retail office environment, and cleaning two elevators associated with the retail shops.
This is anywhere from 10 to 15 hours a week, at a flat $1500 a month. Some days may be heavier than others, some days you may be there for two hours, and then the day that you’re doing the hallways, you’ll be there a lot longer. The job can be started as early as 6 AM, absolutely no later than 7:30 AM.
Cleaner must provide all of the basics, while I provide a vacuum, extension cord, professional glass squeegee, large commercial dust mop
Neat and clean attire, preferably all black, no tank tops or shorts, please. This is an upscale Duke university apartment community. There is room to expand with more work in the area, and as far as Holly Springs. We specialize in move out cleans for apartment communities, and have other monthly office jobs. I am looking for someone who can work independently and maintain this community for me, to start.
Musts: clean and neat appearance; have your own transportation, have worked with a cleaning company before or individually with references. Thank you!
