Position: Super Technician
Location: 7800 Fayetteville Rd. Raleigh, NC 27603. Adjacent to Costco on Ten Ten Rd

Responsibilities:
- Perform preliminary eye exams and diagnostic tests
- Assist optometrists in telehealth and in-person consultations
- Clean and maintain diagnostic equipment
- Manage patient records and ensure accurate data entry
- Provide patient education on eye care and treatment plans
- Handle administrative tasks and support the office manager
- Ensure the clinic operates smoothly and efficiently
Requirements:
-Optometric Technician experience
- Strong knowledge of optometric procedures and equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems a
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
Preferred:
- Bilingual abilities (SPANISH, ARABIC)
