RN Assessor for in-home assessments

Part-Time RN Assessor needed for Johnston and Wake County. Option to increase to full time work, if desired. Contract Position. Assessments are required to be completed in a patients home and paperwork can be completed remotely. Hours are flexible with occasional late afternoon appointments. Responsible for conducting assessments with medically fragile and chronically ill children birth to 21 years of age with the Community Alternatives Program for Children. Must have a current NC Registered Nurse (RN) license. A broad range of knowledge of medical diagnoses / impairments is desirable; pediatrics, and / or home health experience. Excellent computer skills are required. Salary is negotiable.
