Resident Care Coordinator/

Supervise the Nursing staff prepare monthly schedule, make sur SIC'S And Med Tech's are following daily task., direct care of the residents: i.e. appointments, medication orders, therapy set-up, anything the resident needs comes through the RCC, works directly with the Executive Director. Review and approved all orders from Physician. Make sure charts are in order, orders are being followed. Meet with Dr. weekly, meet with family members and handle situation as they arise. On call when a Med Tec or CNA is unavailable for their shift. Must be able to multi-task but also meet deadlines. Also, any other task that arises or are assigned by the ED.
