Looking a Caregiver

We are looking a caregiver for my father that is 89 years old. Need someone with experience with Advance Dementia/ Alzheimer. Will need to help with taking to bathroom when needed, continence, dressing, bathing or clean up, meal preparation, feeding, remind to take medications, light housekeeping, companionship/socialization, play memory games or coloring, sitting on porch for some fresh air or take a short walk with walker to build strength. These are some but not all duties. My father has one caregiver that comes Monday-Thursday from morning to afternoon so we need someone that can help from 2pm- 6pm Monday through Thursday and from 9am-6pm on Fridays and possibly some on weekends.
