This is a W-2 employee position with a 35% commission on the service price plus 100% of tips with the potential for 40% commission after 6 months. Ideal for either a newly licensed therapist or an established therapist who is tired of the business side and just wants to provide excellent massage therapy in a great environment.

You are responsible for representing our established business and team in a positive manner and providing an outstanding experience for our clients (including deep tissue work), supporting your co-workers in our team environment and maintaining your liability insurance and NC LMBT license. Full time applicants given priority but part time applicants are also accepted. Specialty certifications and modalities are a plus.
