Responsible for keeping up with Resident Fund Account, reconciling bank statements. Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accurate Bookkeeping. Keeping accurate record of all vendors, ensuring they are getting paid on time. Paying all bills. Familiar with QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Excel. Accounts receivable. Transferring funds when needed and instructed by the Owner or Executive Director. Will answer directly to Executive Director. Familiar with Medicare, SSA, SSI and SA benefits. Great communication skills, able to multi-task while being able to handle any time sensitive projects. Must be organized and willing to take direction. Must be a team player as you will have other opportunities to work outside of the Business Office. Any other task assigned by management.
