Waitress

Ole Time Barbecue is currently seeking a waitress, to help us bring back our breakfast service. We are a family owned and oriented employer, who is a part of the community we are in. This position is from 5 am till 11 am Monday through Friday. She will need to be able to help prepare desserts and gallon drinks for the day, both in house and for delivery and caterings. Duties will also include: setting up the restaurant for the day and cleaning up after the breakfast, and resetting the store for lunch and dinner. This position requires someone who works well by themselves, and others and is eager to please customers. Must be able to multi-task, to handle a register, and to handle both blue and white collar workers. Must be available to train during either lunch or night time until ready to take the breakfast shift. This is an immediate opening. Our goal is to start breakfast back by August, 2024.
