GARIBALDI Trattoria, in Garner/Clayton, is seeking FOH Manager, Bartenders and servers for casual/fine dining concept. We are seeking experienced, outgoing and personable individuals interested in pursuing a server's position in an enjoyable family-oriented environment and who will provide a platinum level dining service to members and guests. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of service experience in fine/casual dining. Capable of standing for a length of five hours or more.
Ability to see and hear, or to use prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately to ensure those position requirements can be fully met.
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English. Ability to get along well with others, to demonstrate a high level of sensitivity and interest in people.
Must be able to inspire teamwork.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including mandatory weekends and holidays.
