In this role, you are part of a team providing excellent customer service to Caring Transitions customers in Chapel Hill, Durham andsurrounding areas.Within a customer’s house, you would lead the project and team to be responsible for sorting, organizing, taking photos for online auctions, taking items to donation sites, boxing items for pick up and shipping, and other similar activities. This person should by detail oriented, good with delegation, project coordination, ok with multitasking, last minute changes, etc. to name a few.This is a great opportunity for retirees, stay-at-home care-givers, and others who have extra time and want to make a difference in someone's life! Job description (including, but not limited to):

Moving supplies/moving boxes within the client's home

Lifting of boxes/decor and some furniture within the home and to new location

Sort, organize andpackhousehold goods to be moved or sold

Safely pack and unpack household goods

Disposal of unwanted items for donation or removal

Delivery and shipping of items purchased through online auction

Interacting with clients, their families, and other coworkers

Are you a quick thinker and able to problem solve?

Job Requirements (including, but not limited to):

Must be able to have project management skills and be able to lead a team of 4-6 people.

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable source of transportation.

Must be able to consistently standfor long periods of time; lift 30# or more, go up/down a ladder, work in dirty/dusty setting, and cold/hot settings.

Access to a computer for scheduling, timekeeping & project management apps

Excellent customer service skills

Must be detailed oriented and good with organizational skills; able to follow directions.

and MOST IMPORTANTLY be able to bring calm to chaos, can diffuse any difficult situation easily!
