Duties and Responsibilities:Provide business insights to meet productivity, financial, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.Partner with the client, trade allies, Program staff, and Centers of Excellence to meet program deliverables, overcome obstacles in the rebate process and enhance the customer experience.Oversee team of Inside Sales Reps (rebate processing), balance workloads, train, coach, dispatch, and support.Minimize defects, implement corrective and preventive actions (process, procedures, technology)Analyze data and performance trends, develop weekly and monthly reports and presentationsDrive continuous improvement initiatives, develop standard operating procedures and tools which may include scripts, talking points, work instructionsCoordinate financial deliverables associated with invoicing and rebate paymentsSupport new program development including requirements gathering, design, user acceptance testing, and collaboration with Software Development teamMust Have:Experience leading Service Teams / dispatch, scheduling.Proficiency using Microsoft Excel and PowerpointComfortable working with people in a team environment and possess impeccable customer service skills with the ability to work with both internal and external customersWe Value:Significant experience applying best practices in Customer & Product SupportOrganizational skills, reliability, dependability, with acute attention to detail and high quality standards.1-2 years’ experience with customer/client reporting.Ability to take initiative and work with limited direction.Solid writing skills in either writing proposals or delivering/development of work plan summaries.Strong communication skills, written and verbal.Solid presentation skills, a plus.Professional experience in the energy efficiency, public policy, environmental consulting, or market research fields is desirable, but not required.Experience with Salesforce reporting or general report development on other platforms, also a big plus.Honeywell is an equal opportunity employer.
