If so, The Denzel Group has partnered with an industry leading firm in their quest for a Sr. Field Systems Analyst! In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out the overall facility infrastructure plan. You ll lead projects from a field perspective while acting as the technical liaison between vendors and teams. You will work with management to develop improvements while coordinating between the application and support teams.
This role requires 50-75% travel Requirements:- 3+ years IT experience related to Infrastructure Support services.
- Desktop, Network and VOIP operations support experience.
- Project management experience.
- Experience with ITIL or ITSM
- Cisco Systems experience a plus!
