Experience with Application Deployment within OpenShift

Experience managing and resolving technical issues and escalations Providing technical oversight which may include:

Implementing a technical prerequisites checklist for the Client to completeValidating the technical prerequisites have been completed by the ClientDetermining Client technical readiness for engagementResolving technical issues and escalationsManaging the engagement's technical scope and adjust as necessaryWorking with Client and Red Hat Customer Experience and Engagement (CEE) for:Submitting and as necessary, escalating Red Hat product issuesSubmitting Red Hat project requests for enhancements (RFEs)Submitting Red Hat Support ExceptionsManaging technical executive communications to facilitate decision making and technical progress statusConducting workshops and/or informal mentoring discussions for:Answering technical questions prior to the engagement in order to better prepare Client personnel for the impending engagementFilling any engagement relevant Client technical knowledge gapsFacilitating on demand architectural decision making nullWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
