- Perform ITOM work sessions to determine the solution requirements
- Perform design work sessions and produce deliverables, including mock-ups, flow diagrams, business requirements and user stories etc.
- Good experience in conducting workshops with enterprise users on CSDM framework, best practices, use cases and how it would be applicable for them.
- Ability to conduct workshops and coordinate with Infrastructure & Application architects to gather information needed to aid discovery and service mapping
- Ability to configure ServiceNow discovery and Service Mapping in order to discover infrastructure components.
- Ability to assist and coordinate with engineers in rolling out discovery & service mapping
- Ensuring documentation of all configurations being designed
- Ability to set up and maintain discovery schedules, configure probes and troubleshoot in case of issues.
- Good understanding of architecture / infrastructure concepts.
- Good understanding of basic application, server, network, storage and cloud infrastructure components.
- Ability to configure MID servers to be able to test and ensure discovery.
- Experience in modify existing or create new Service Mapping patterns where needed.
- Experience in troubleshooting patterns while performing discovery via the service mapping module in ServiceNow.
- Coordination with ServiceNow to handle unique discovery requirements that might arise during the course of the project.
- At least 2 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment
- At least 2 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process
- At least 2 Years of experience in Hardware/Software Asset Management Projects
- Working knowledge in all aspects of ServiceNow Applications development
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to describe technical solutions in the terms of the business
- Experience in working with multi-vendor development environment

- Proficient understanding of HR best practices related to ServiceNow HRSD and technical components including Case and Knowledge configuration in HRSD

- Minimum 2 Years of proven specialization in ServiceNow Portal development / AngularJS UI development
- Proficient in AngularJS and should have executed at least 2 projects with AngularJS as the front-end technology
- Should have a very good knowledge of Service Portal and its relation to AngularJS. Should be able to write and maintain custom AngularJS directives
- Should possess excellent knowledge of CSS3 and the ability to extend from existing CSS SASS frameworks
- Should be able to build UI interfaces from scratch and maintain existing applications built on Service Portal and Angular JS
- Should have an eye for detail and consider performance implications while designing solutions
- Good communication, planning, and articulation skills
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
- At least 3 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/Solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment in ServiceNow Customer Service Management
- At least 2 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process
- Working knowledge in ServiceNow APM and be able to develop workflows, portal and troubleshoot
- Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to describe technical solutions in the terms of the business
- Prototype new solutions to demonstrate ServiceNow capabilities to our clients
- Create custom dashboards & reports in ServiceNow integrating and combining data from multiple tables and sources based on user requirements
- Translation of business requirements into technical requirements through regular meetings with team members and business partners
- Experience in working with multi-vendor development environment
