The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and directing a cross functional team of individual contributors and managers to ensure compliance of current project management office (PMO) processes and governance. This role involves establishing and maintaining program management standards, aligning organizational objectives and key results (OKRs) with agile/scrum methodology, and overseeing the implementation of application tools to enhance Lab Management capabilities across the organization. Guide a team of Lab and Engineering Managers to comply with PMO processes and governance.
Establish and maintain program management office governance and standards across the organization.
Guide the management in defining a 3–5-year lab technology roadmap and apply agile/scrum methodology to align organizational OKRs.
Oversee the selection, implementation, and administration of application tools like CRM to enhance IT support and maintenance of break fixes.
Negotiate contracts and statements of work (SOW) with tool vendors to secure optimal support.
Define, implement, and analyze KPIs for evaluating the performance of managed service partners in meeting contract service level agreements (SLAs).
Collaborate with analytics and data scientists to generate support metrics and identify potential gaps in support efficiency across the Lab Management Org.
Lead and oversee the execution of intricate projects focused on data centers and physical infrastructure.
This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure that all project milestones are met with the highest standards of quality.
Evaluate and execute technical requirements across various service layers, while working seamlessly with engineering teams around the world
Coordinate with other Lab TPMs across multiple SCHIE locations.
Ensure proper communication and adequate documentation for established processes.

QualificationsRequired Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
OR equivalent experience.
2+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

Experience working with analytics and data scientists to generate support metrics and identify inefficiencies.
Experience driving and delivering complex projects involving data centers and physical lab infrastructure across different time zones.
Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
