Participate in machine learning related upstream communities to ensure the technologies work on OpenShift and can be integrated with RHOAI
Work with upstream AI communities to evaluate new AI/ML related technologies from partners and create examples of integrations between their technology and Open Data Hub
Integrate new open source Machine Learning components into Open Data Hub and Red Hat OpenShift AI
Present at OpenShift/Kubernetes, and AI/ML related technology conferences and internally within the AI/ML communities of practice
Work on tooling-related components such as JupyterLab, VSCode, Elyra and Openshift AI UI
What you will bring:
Experience with Agile methodologies
Commitment to code quality, documentation, and best practices
Strong Experience building and maintaining Docker Images
Experience with Kubernetes, Openshift, or similar orchestrator technologies
Experience with testing frameworks like Pytest or UnitTest
Familiarity with back-end technologies like Node.js, Python, GoLang, or similar languages
Experience in writing APIs, SDKs, and CLIs
Experience with CI/CD technologies and best practices.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and GitOps technologies
Passion for writing and maintaining reliable code
Experience with source code management tools such as Git
Excellent system understanding and troubleshooting capabilities
Solid innovation skills and a passion for technology
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent English language skills
The following will be considered a plus:
Experience developing applications and deployment on OpenShift and/or Kubernetes
Experience with building APIs in Python, Go or similar languages
AI/ML domain knowledge or experience such as: KServe, ModelMesh Serving, Jupyter notebooks, Pipelines, Ray, Hyperparameter Tuning
Familiarity with Rust is nice to have.
Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, operations research, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent expertise
