Job Title: SFDC Scrum Master Work location: Raleigh, NC (ONSITE) Duration: 6 Months+ No. of Positions: 2
- Hands-on experience required in SFDC Service Cloud
- For onsite, the expectation is to work out of US Eastern timezone and preferably in the Raleigh, NC area. But the location is not a hard constraint but the work time will be EDT.
- Experience working in modules in Salesforce like Sales cloud and Service cloud.
- Expertise in troubleshooting and solving common Salesforce implementation issues
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Salesforce Admin and developer certification preferred
