We are backed by Mirantis and trusted by Fortune 500 companies and startups alike.As we grow our footprint with companies adopting Lens across their teams, we’re looking for a motivated and resourceful Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us identify and qualify new opportunities across our product tiers—from individual users to large enterprises.What You’ll DoIdentify, engage, and qualify inbound and outbound leads through a mix of email, phone, and social outreach.Build and manage a pipeline of potential customers using CRM tools.Understand the Lens product and clearly articulate its value to developer teams, engineering leaders, and platform teams.Book qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives and collaborate on smooth handoffs.Work closely with marketing to follow up on campaigns, webinars, and events like KubeCon.Track metrics (e.g., email response rates, meetings booked) and continuously iterate on outreach tactics.Gather feedback from prospects and share insights with marketing, product, and GTM teams.
