Are you ready to change the way the world moves?In this positionThe Pricing Lead is responsible for developing, analyzing, and implementing pricing strategies across a range of products and services. Working closely with sales, marketing, and product teams, the analyst will conduct market research and competitive analysis to determine optimal pricing strategies. They will develop pricing models and tools to support pricing decisions, analyze pricing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and collaborate with sales teams to provide pricing guidance and support. The analyst will also develop and maintain pricing documentation and policies, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of pricing strategies, and stay current on industry trends and best practices related to pricing.What you'll doPricing Strategy Development:

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify pricing opportunities and develop optimal pricing strategies for new and existing products and services.

Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor pricing to inform pricing decisions.

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's cost structure and profit margins.

Pricing Model Development & Implementation:

Develop and maintain pricing models, tools, and methodologies to support pricing decisions.

Implement and track pricing strategies across various channels and customer segments.

Develop and maintain pricing documentation and policies to ensure consistency and compliance.

Work with the billing and salesforce teams to make sure all pricing SKU’s are created and accurate.

Pricing Data Analysis:

Analyze pricing data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.

Track the effectiveness of pricing strategies and provide insights to inform future decisions.

Develop reports and presentations to communicate pricing insights to key stakeholders.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and finance teams to ensure pricing strategies are aligned with overall business objectives.

Collaborate with sales teams to provide pricing guidance and support, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge they need to effectively price products and services.

Communicate pricing strategies and recommendations to senior management.

Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to pricing.

You'll have

Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience

2-3 years of relevant work experience relating to pricing strategy

Experience in project management and operations

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, data analysis tools, and statistical software packages.

Even better, you may have

Prior fleet management services experience preferred.

Prior operational experience preferred.

Highly motivated, self-starter with ability to think creatively and operate in a dynamic white space environment, specifically as it concerns solution development.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze large datasets and draw meaningful insights.

Strong interpersonal skills and effectively communicating with other members of the sales team.

Ability to comfortably manage multiple projects with competing demands for resources under tight deadlines.
