Growing together.Work Schedule: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday through Friday w/1-hour lunchLocation: 6531 Meridien Drive, Suite 113, Raleigh, NCPrimary Responsibilities:

Dispense any or all of the following: unit doses, specialty pharmaceuticals, injectables, IV, enterals and related supplies following state and federal regulations and company policies and procedures.

Assist in managing infusion pump inventory to include but not limited to cessing pick up tickets for pump pickups, managing current pump inventory, assisting with identifying and sending pumps due for routine maintenance including documentation in online portal

Interpret provider prescription and create order, access, input and retrieve prescription and medical/lab information from computer system, verifies whether order/drug is reimbursable/covered

Process, pack, and ship outgoing pharmacy orders

Ensure relevant drug, related supplies, and patient collateral (education materials) are included in all shipments

Operate commercial courier and shipping system

Maintain knowledge of shipping holiday schedules

Correct shipping labels as needed

Process returns

Conduct counts for inventory purposes and report any discrepancies

Handle stock rotation and expired products

Receive and appropriately store incoming orders

Monitor and report delivery exceptions

Empty trash and assemble shipping boxes as needed

Ability to become a registered technician with North Carolina Board of Pharmacy

Preferred Qualifications:

1+ years of previous pharmacy experience in any setting

Prior inventory experience

1+ year of customer service / administrative experience

Physical and Mental Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds

Ability to stand for long periods of time
