Develops and executes test plans and detailed test cases based on requirements and/or customer feedback and prioritization

Documents results; offer observations or improvements after analysis of test results and overall product quality

Collaborates with the development team on bug fix verification and validation (regression testing)

Communicates professionally at all levels within and outside of the organization

Supports, designs, develops, and enhances test processes and reporting for QA processes

Manages testing efforts under tight deadlines

Needs to have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Agile development methodology experience preferred

Works independently

Self motivated

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field.

4+ years’ experience in software testing

4+ years’ experience in insurance industry to include experience in the Medicaid Claims adjudication

Experience in Agile Software development

TSO / SQL knowledge is desirable

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

Desired Qualifications :

Experience in Medicaid/Medicare or insurance industry; to include a minimum of 5 years experience in the Medicaid Claims applications."

The likely salary range for this position is $72,250 - $97,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
