Description:We are looking for 1 experienced helpdesk Technician to move into a tier one capacity - duties outlined below.Converse with customers on IT/Network related issues and troubleshooting diagnosticsResponsible for logging, escalating, and resolving trouble tickets.Position involves contacting customers to follow up on issues to ensure resolution.Monitor services to achieve pre-determined service standards and contracted SLA requirements across multiple client types.Gather and deliver information relating to network outages or disruptions into formalized report.Skills:PSAP, Network Monitoring, servicenowAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Must be able to work a flexible 40 hour a week schedule.
