Job Description:• Manage the upgrade of a large real estate footprint working with multiple business areas and geographies

• Accountable for leading projects from inception through execution to meet stated business and project objectives

• Accountable and responsible for establishment and measurement of key project objectives

• Overall accountability for clarifying, developing, evaluating and documenting individual project plans

• Ensure project team cohesiveness in an environment where team members are in multiple locations and of diverse cultural backgrounds

• Balance business desires/requirements with IT possibilities and cost constraints

• Participate in eliciting, validating, and documenting business requirements which meet stakeholder objectives

• Demonstrated track record with all aspects of project management including extensive stakeholder management with senior level customers

• Experience as an enthusiastic, motivating leader that understands how to identify and leverage strengths and weaknesses within the team.

• A critical component of this position is the ability to influence without authority.

• Ability to plan and estimate technology-related projects

• Ability to manage conflict within the team as well as with stakeholder groups

• The ability to communicate effectively with senior level managers, as well as the technical team

Who you are:

• You are certified in ITIL and have a PMP

• You have worked on large complex projects for the last 8-10 years, building floor moves or trading floors or Datacenter refresh which involves moving people and technology (Infrastructure, Voice, desktop etc)

• Your Excel skills are really strong (building charts and graphs, sorting and filtering data, utilizing pivot tables, creating macros) and you can help others with their spreadsheets.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, Excel and Project

• Display strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of leading projects at times of change

• Able to demonstrate bringing teams together toward a common goal who are not directly reporting to the project manager

• Able to demonstrate the ability to work in a high-pressure environment while juggling multiple tasks

• Experience in reporting project cost and schedule status to multiple levels of stakeholders in a clear, concise and transparent fashion Reach- /813-568-1938
