A Snapshot of Your DayWe are seeking a highly motivated, upbeat, hard-working, well-organized individual to join the Siemens Energy’s US Business Development Team within Grid Technologies Services. In this role, you will be developing, implementing and performing sales strategies & negotiations supporting sales of our Grid Technologies Service portfolio. Such Services include but are not limited to; (i) Transformer Maintenance (ii) Breaker Maintenance (iii) GIS/AIS Maintenance (iv) LTSA for substation & their assets.How You’ll Make an Impact

Develop sales strategies and initiatives within key market segments - targeting the US West Coast & Midwest & coordinating with key account managers within Siemens Energy.

Collaborate with Marketing to understand and influence efforts to support Sales activities.

Effectively communicate, and complete Go-To-Market initiatives, manage key accounts and help drive growth from new products and service solutions

Support marketing in the collection of voice of customer (VOC) data to help advance new product development, product upgrades/refreshes, and service offerings.

Help maintain and increase face-to-face activities in the field and develop, review, implement and execute business territory plans.

Ensure accurate utilization of customer relationship management software (CRM-Salesforce)

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Science, Engineering, Business or related

Minimum 5+ years of direct technical sales experience in capital equipment and/or instrumentation and selling complete and diverse product portfolio of solutions

MBA or advanced technical degree preferred

Proven track record of meeting/exceeding individual and team targets

Proficiency in customer management (CRM) software is required (Salesforce)
