Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Contract Administrative Specialist in Raleigh, North Carolina. As a Contract Administrative Specialist, this role primarily involves managing contracts in a structured and systematic manner. What you get to do every single day: Oversee and manage contract creation and execution processes Ensure all contracts comply with laws and regulations Monitor contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance Maintain and update contract records and documentation Resolve any contract-related inquiries and issues Implement contract management tools and systems Act as the point of contact for all contract-related matters Collaborate with other departments to ensure contract terms are fulfilled Identify opportunities to improve contract management procedures Monitor and report on contract performance metrics.Requirements Other requirements for the Contract Administrative Specialist position include and are not limited to: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Proven experience as an Administrative Specialist or similar role Detailed knowledge and understanding of contract management Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Experience in using contract management software is a plus Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity Ability to handle confidential information responsibly Experience in a contract-driven environment would be advantageous Knowledge of legal requirements involved with contracts Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and projects at hand Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure Strong negotiation and relationship management skills Proven ability to work in a cross-functional, team-oriented setting.Please contact Nicole Allman at 215.568.4580 about this opportunity and reference Job #31000-0013164213TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
