Job Title: Civil Design Engineer (EIT or PE)Job DescriptionAs a Civil Design Engineer, you will be given the infrastructure and support to manage your client portfolio with an entrepreneurial spirit. You will build and nurture both your individual brand and the company's brand through your presence in the local marketplace. You will serve as the quarterback in steering the direction and scope of your clients' projects, mentor, train, and develop your team of Assistant Project Managers and designers, empower and encourage your team to reach new levels of success, and be a true business partner to your clients, listening to their needs and providing your team's technical expertise to help them accomplish their development goals. You will also represent your clients throughout key milestones in their projects, including at public presentations and hearings.Responsibilities
Manage client portfolios with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Mentor, train, and develop a team of Assistant Project Managers and designers.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred, not required.
Experience building, motivating, and leading high-performance site design teams.
