By joining our team, you could help C-suite and program leaders transform their organization and accelerate mission execution through emerging and disruptive technologies, innovative business models, retooled program operations and industry-driven solutions.Work You'll DoThe Business Process Modeler will play a key role in designing and developing complex healthcare models using DSLs. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to capture and translate healthcare processes, decisions, and system interactions into detailed models. Expected to contribute to the improvement of modeling practices and mentor entry-level modelers. Document clinical procedures and patient care protocols to administrative and operational workflows using information provided by Subject Matter Experts. Clarify ambiguities and validate models against the actual healthcare scenarios they are meant to represent. Communicate effectively with Subject Matter Experts, asking pertinent questions, and applying feedback to produce technically sound and practically applicable models in improving healthcare delivery and management.The Team Deloitte's Government and Public Services (GPS) practice - our people, ideas, technology and outcomes-is designed for impact. In order to help clients reduce costs, improve health outcomes, and respond to public health crises, our Health Technology practice addresses critical health agency issues including: claims management, electronic health records, health information exchanges, health analytics, and health case management.Qualifications:Required:

2-5 years of experience in modeling with DSLs such as BPMN, UML, or SysML

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree is a plus

Proficiency in using advanced features of modeling software tools

Ability to work independently and on a team, with strong problem-solving skills

Good communication skills, with the ability to explain complex models to non-technical stakeholders

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:

2-5 years of hands-on experience with multiple modeling tools (e.g., Cameo Systems Modeler, SysML (Systems Modeling Language), MagicDraw System software, and Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect)

Solid understanding of the syntax and semantics of at least two DSLs

Certified BPMN Professional or equivalent

Advanced UML, SysML, System Engineering, or equivalent

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
